1. Service Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to the filing services of annual reports for US companies. Once the filing process has been completed and submitted to the relevant state authorities, we cannot offer refunds. However, for services that have not yet been processed or submitted, customers may be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances.

2. Refund Requests:

Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation before Filing: If you cancel your order before we have submitted your annual report to the state, a full refund will be issued.
Error on Our Part: If an error is made in the filing due to incorrect information provided by us, we will correct the error at no additional cost or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of placing your order.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • State filing fees once the report is submitted.
  • Any government-imposed fees or penalties.
  • Additional services, including expedited processing or legal consultation fees.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the time the refund request is approved. The amount will be returned to the original method of payment.

5. Return Policy

Since our service involves the filing of official documents, once the filing has been completed and acknowledged by the state, the service is considered final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for successfully completed filings.

6. Changes to the Annual Report

If changes need to be made to the annual report after submission, additional fees may apply based on the state’s regulations. We will assist you with any necessary amendments, but refunds will not be available for services already completed.
